What does the onboarding process look like? We have a few requirements for all new clients before we begin work: contract signed, client questionnaire completed, and booking fee paid.
What is the booking fee? This is a one-time fee for new clients. It is due before any work begins on your project and is credited to your first invoice.
How many proofs may I have? Many of our projects are billed hourly because of this you will receive as many proofs as needed to complete the project. Any packages (wedding stationery & branding) have a cap on the number of proofs which varies between packages.
